Our Origin
The Value Of Customer Experience
In 1995, MRM Support was founded when customer experience (CX) received little attention from businesses. MRM pioneered solutions to measure customer experience at every touchpoint — a foreign concept at the time. This helped leaders understand what drives customer loyalty, and through close collaboration with company leadership, MRM proved that superior customer experience could transform competitive landscapes and drive significant market gains.

As software solutions became more accessible and powerful, MRM encountered a critical challenge: their clients' systems were often overcomplicated, with limited or incorrect data that hindered accurate insights and meaningful research. To address these limitations, MRM began to build the right tools to solve these problems. What started as custom solutions for customer experience soon expanded into broader business process applications. This evolution led to the creation of MRM Tech, focused on developing bespoke business software that could tackle operational complexity across the entire organization.
